IMPORTANT NOTICE
Upgrading: From Amos House Hotel to Swansea Ocean Villas $40.00/1 BR per night OR $60.00/2 BR per night.

Office Hours: From 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily – A.H. call: 0448 034 634

Check-in/out: Check-in 2:00 PM – Check-out 10:00 AM

Late Check-Out: A surcharge of $20.00/hr thereafter.

Booking Deposit: First Night’s accommodation, regardless of the duration of the booking, will be taken as a deposit. Balance must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation: Once a booking is accepted and confirmed, the guest will be liable to the following cancellation charges:

• For arrival or check-in dates between 15 -31 December and 1 -31 January,  any cancellation inside 14 days prior to date of arrival a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation applies
• For all other times any cancellation inside 7 days prior to date of arrival a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation applies

Pensioners: A 10% discount is applicable to all pensioners.
